How Do I Log Into My PTE Account? [2026 Guide]

01 Sign In to the myPTE Account You Used

Enter your account details on the myPTE sign-in page

You might be trying to check a test booking or see whether a score is ready, and suddenly the sign-in page is the only thing in front of you. It is a small task, but it can feel surprisingly stressful when you cannot remember which email or username you used.

Start at the myPTE sign-in page. Enter the username and password for the account you registered and used for your PTE test, then select Log in. If you do not have an account yet, choose Sign up on the same page.

Make sure you are opening myPTE, Pearson’s account for test bookings and scores. Pearson also has separate learning products and preparation resources, so a Pearson logo by itself does not tell you that you are in the test taker account. If you need to manage an appointment, account details, or a Score Report, myPTE is the place to start.

After signing in, look for the account menu or the record for your test. My Activity may show your appointments and test history, while View Score opens an available Score Report. Page labels and layout can change over time, so follow the current menu and the record for the test you need.

Before making a change, check that the name and test details on screen match what you want to manage. This is especially useful if you have taken PTE more than once. Checking the test date first can save you from wondering whether you opened the wrong record.

02 Recover a Forgotten Password or Username

Use the account recovery link on myPTE

If you cannot remember your password, there is no need to keep guessing. On the myPTE sign-in page, select Forgotten your username or password? and follow the prompts to submit your email address or username. Pearson will send instructions for resetting the password. Use the link in that message, set a new password, and return to the sign-in page.

If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the address connected to your registration. A browser may also fill in an old saved password automatically. Clear the saved entry and type the updated password yourself if the new one does not work.

For a forgotten username, Pearson gives a different route. Its account issues help page says to submit a Customer Support form. The team will verify your identity before providing the username, so have any security-question details ready. Include the email address you may have registered with and an approximate test date to help explain which account you are trying to access.

If you think you have more than one myPTE account, contact Pearson support instead of creating another account and hoping it has the right booking. Pearson asks test takers with duplicate accounts to request help merging them, then continue with one account after support resolves the issue.

The paths are easy to remember: use the sign-in page to reset a password, contact Customer Support to retrieve a forgotten username, and ask support to help with duplicate accounts. Keeping those options separate makes account recovery less confusing. Pearson’s help page lists the current steps and contact route.

03 Find Your Booking or Score and Plan the Next Practice

Open your test booking and score record in myPTE

Signing in is just the first step. You may want to review an appointment, check account details, or open your Score Report. When you select a test record, confirm its date and test type. If you are preparing an application, check the receiving institution’s instructions to see whether you need to send a score through myPTE.

If you logged in only to check a test detail, write down the next action before you close the page. It might be a test date, a document to prepare, or a question to ask Pearson. A short note can clear the small tasks that otherwise keep circling around in your head.

You can also connect the account check to a specific study goal. If Speaking needs attention this week, practise a few RA, RS, or DI tasks and note where you lose your rhythm. You can do the same by question type for Writing, Reading, and Listening. Instead of judging your preparation from one attempt, look for a pattern that tells you what to practise next.

If you want to keep question practice, feedback, and mock tests together, YoushowPTE offers practice across PTE Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening, AI feedback for Speaking and Writing, mock tests, and study data for review. You can use your practice records to choose a clear next step. Visit https://pte.youshowedu.com/en to explore the platform.

This account sign-in can be a small reset point. Get back into the right myPTE account, find the booking or score you need, and choose one practice task to continue preparing. Once the page is open, you can put your attention back on the test.

If you made it this far and found this useful, feel free to leave a like.
