1. Full PTE Booking Process

1. Register a PTE Account

First, visit the official PTE Academic website: https://www.pearsonpte.com/, then click the top-right button to start registration. Be careful when filling in your information, especially these fields:

• Email
• Username
• Password
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Nationality

Your full name, date of birth, and nationality must exactly match your ID document (passport or national ID). After submission, the system will send a confirmation email to your registered address. Follow the instructions in that email to set your password and security questions, then complete verification.

2. Select Test Type and Time Slot

After logging in, choose the test type first. Most candidates select PTE Academic, which is commonly accepted for both study and migration purposes.

Then follow the on-screen steps:

1. Select your target country and test purpose for study/work
2. Fill in basic information and read the terms
3. Enter your preferred test country/city (for example, Sydney, Shanghai)
4. Choose a suitable test date and time slot

Before proceeding, double-check your test date, time, and center location. If everything is correct, click Book.

3. Pay the Exam Fee and Enter the Promo Code

Common payment methods include international credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. The current fee is USD 323 (approximately CNY 2327.83, subject to real-time exchange rates).

On the payment page, make sure you find the Promo Code field. Enter your member discount code there to receive the 12% off discount.

2. Important Notes

Information Consistency

One more reminder: your name, date of birth, and other personal details entered during registration/booking must exactly match the ID document you will bring on test day.
Any mismatch may result in being denied entry to the exam.
