These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively "Terms") govern your rights and obligations regarding access to and use of the website pte.youshowedu.com and the mobile applications linked to or referencing these Terms (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Youshow Education PTY LTD ("Youshow PTE").

These Terms (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the platform viewer, visitor, or user (hereinafter defined as "you" or "Customer") and Youshow Education PTY LTD (the "Company", "we", "us", "our", "Service", or "Youshow PTE").

By using or accessing the platform in any manner, viewing or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms

We may amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. However, we will not send you individual notifications. Any revised Terms of Service shall supersede all previous versions. If you do not agree with the revisions or changes, you should immediately stop using any services on the Site. Upon the effectiveness of any such revision, your continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of and agreement to the revision.

Description of Service

Youshow PTE is solely an online practice platform providing practice materials and mock tests for the Pearson Test of English (PTE). We are an e-learning service provider only and do not engage in any physical or electronic training. For clarity, the Site itself does not provide any training services; it is a platform that solely provides e-learning PTE solutions to its customers.

Youshow PTE's Liability

Youshow PTE's liability is limited to: providing the services advertised on the Site, and providing customer support to users when possible or necessary. Youshow PTE's liability does not include: the actual start and end times of course providers, the conduct/competence/absence of course provider staff, the actual quality of course provider services, cancellation or rescheduling of courses by course providers, or injuries or property damage sustained during courses.

User Warranties

In any transaction on or related to the Site, or when registering an account, you warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age; you are using your true identity; the personal data you provide to us is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date; and you will maintain and promptly update your profile to ensure such information remains true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Children (users under the age of 18) are not authorized to use the Site without supervision or provide any personal data on the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site and/or provide personal data with parental/legal guardian consent or under their supervision.

Usage Restrictions

By using or accessing the platform in any manner, you warrant that: you use the service for lawful personal purposes; you have only limited rights to use the Site, and you may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or access the facility for any other commercial purpose; you will use the Site only for reasonable and lawful purposes; you will not use any meta tags or hidden text utilizing our name or trademarks without express written consent; you will not use the Site for fraudulent, criminal, or illegal purposes; you will not send or use unlawful, offensive, deceptive, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic material or spam.

User Accounts

Youshow PTE may offer the option to open user accounts on the Site. User accounts may be associated with your email address or phone number. By registering an account, you agree to: maintain the confidentiality of your account and password; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; keep your password secure and confidential; notify us immediately of any security breach; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Youshow PTE reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content without notice at any time when it reasonably believes an account is being used for unauthorized purposes.

Third-Party Links

While using the Site or applications, you may encounter links to our advertisers or sponsors identified as third parties offering their products or services. By accessing a third-party site, you agree to their terms and conditions. Youshow PTE has no control over, and cannot reasonably be held liable for, the general practices of any such third-party site and/or service. Any such communications are your sole responsibility.

Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or send us emails or other data, information, or communications, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records, and you consent to receive communications from us via electronic records periodically and as needed.
