Pearson’s current general policy gives a full refund when cancelling more than 14 full calendar days before the test, 50% from 14 days to more than 7 days, and no refund at 7 days or fewer.

Can I calculate a PTE voucher discount?
Yes. Enter the valid percentage discount shown by your authorized voucher or booking channel. Pearson warns against suspiciously cheap unauthorized offers.
How much is the PTE cancellation refund?
Under Pearson’s current general policy, cancellation more than 14 full calendar days before the test gets 100% of the test fee, 14 days to more than 7 days gets 50%, and 7 days or fewer gets no refund.
Does this calculator include taxes and card fees?
Only if you add them in the extra fee field. Pearson’s actual checkout total and voucher conditions always override this estimate.
